Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During collection launches and sales, more processing time may be needed than the standard 1-5 days. Currently we use USPS & UPS to process shipping of your orders. Orders over $49 (before taxes) ship free and we reserve the right to choose shipping method.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Policy: We offer international shipping worldwide via UPS. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Money Flow Merch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Money Flow Merch due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the items will be restocked and the customer will be refunded, minus any shipping fees incurred. Money Flow Merch is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Money Flow Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Return Policy: At this time we are not accepting returns. Sales are final. Please be sure to review your order and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Returns are not accepted unless authorized by email notification. Only unworn items in new condition will be accepted. In the event we made a mistake on your order please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order so we can correct the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in our products and inspect each item for quality before packing and shipping. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please e-mail us with your return request and a photo of the item. You may receive a replacement item or a store credit if replacement item is not available. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be received and processed.
